Being a physique competitor, I never focused on legs like I should have. On the NPC stage the only thing they judge from the waist down is your calves. I lost a lot of time for growth on my legs thinking this way and I am really making up for it now. My prime focus on my physique is my quad, ham and glute development as well as bringing up the development in my calves.
Here is a little snippet of my leg day that was primarily focused on quads. I typically have my first 2-3 movements being heavy sets and then turn to volume work for accesorie movements. Full leg day video coming soon!
