Training delts one week post show

Training delts one week post show! This workout hits all the basic and major movements to hit each of the 3 heads in the deltoid. Each exercise is 3-4 sets, 10-12 reps at failure and the last set is a drop set!

Movements:

Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Upright Row
Barbell Shrug
Dumbbell Later Raise
Dummbell Front Raise
Seated Rear Cable Fly (21’s)
